Habsburg Digital Ltd is the controller of personal data processed through this website. We keep this website simple and collect as little personal data as possible.

Visitor statistics, without cookies. To understand how our website is used and to improve it, we count visits with Matomo, an analytics tool that runs on our own website: the data stays on our server and is not shared with anyone. Matomo does not place cookies, and we do not try to identify you. It records the pages visited, the website you came from, your type of browser and device, and your approximate location (country, region and city), which it works out from your IP address. The IP address is then shortened before anything is stored. We look only at totals, and the records of individual visits are deleted after 90 days. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, you are not counted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website. We do not use advertising tools or social media plug-ins, and fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, the page requested and the time. This is used only to keep the website secure and working, and is deleted after a short period.

When you email us. If you contact us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep this correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

Hosting. This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. Switzerland is recognised by both the United Kingdom and the European Union as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Your rights. You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy of it. Contact us at operations@habsburgdigital.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in your country.

Sanctions

We do not act for any person, business or organisation named on the UK or EU sanctions lists.

In addition, our banking and payment providers do not support clients resident in certain countries and regions, so we cannot accept clients or businesses resident there. At the time of writing, these are: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, the Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, the Republic of the Congo, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
