Habsburg Digital Ltd is the controller of personal data processed through this website. We keep this website simple and collect as little personal data as possible.

No cookies, no tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tools or social media plug-ins. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, the page requested and the time. This is used only to keep the website secure and working, and is deleted after a short period.

When you email us. If you contact us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep this correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

Hosting. This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. Switzerland is recognised by both the United Kingdom and the European Union as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Your rights. You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy of it. Contact us at operations@habsburgdigital.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in your country.
